Three minute PB :)
Thanks Vicki and Sarah for being great running partners.
That’s it! I’m done!
This Sunday - Bring.It.On.
I hate feeling poorly. Poorly and sorry for myself.
This was the year that I started my teacher training. It felt like this year was going be my year. I’d found a profession that I loved and a fabulous group of friends to share the experience with. In short, I was really happy at that moment in time.
The weekend started off really…
Spent some time reading my blog this evening and stumbled upon this post I put up around a year ago.
It’s the Bristol 10km this Sunday and its amazing how quickly a year has gone and how things have changed, for the better.
Whilst I’m not raising any money for the charity this time I always run for my Dad.
This Sunday this race is for him.

I think for the first time ever not even a run helped lighten my mood today.
I’m in such a foul mood I could almost kick a puppy in the face.
(NB: Don’t kick puppies in the face no matter how mad at yourself you are.)
